Based in the Thames Valley, I've been teaching Danish for ten years. I lived in Denmark for nearly six years and am a qualified teacher, holding a B. Ed (Hons). I am fluent in the language, one of Europes' most difficult due to it's gutteral tones and glottal stops, but have a very good command of the pronunciation - which I feel I am good at coaching. 

You might be wondering why an Englishman and not a Dane should be well qualified in teaching this language. The answer is that most native speakers have no knowledge of the grammar underpinning the language and are therefore unable to explain many questions beyond the "because that's what we do" level. Many Danes are even unaware of their unique "glottal stop"! .
